Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months of use.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations of annual plans within the first 30 days are eligible for a partial refund (less one month’s standard rate and a small administrative fee). After 30 days, annual plans are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to a new user within the same organization.

Workflow Digitization / Implementation: Fees for custom software configuration, workflow design, and system integration are billed based on milestones. Once a milestone is signed off and delivered, the associated fees are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is liable for all hours worked and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Cooling-off Period: In terms of the ECTA, you have 7 days after receiving hardware to cancel the purchase. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
Defective Hardware: Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a device is defective within the first 6 months, we will facilitate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Approved refunds will be processed via Paystack to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
